Is there any fee for the service?
The advertising in the website for individuals are charged as per the different packages (Refer the property listings section for rates). Builders and professionals can choose from the exclusive packages which can be enquired with the admin or as mentioned on the advertise page.

Is there any Brokerage or Commission fee** for the service?
The users have the option to choose between advertising or Listing in the website.Customer has to pay in advance the advertisement fee to avail the benefit of displaying their contact details(Refer the property listings section for Advertisement Rates).Whereas the unpaid listings are charged, 2% of the total transaction cost incase of Sale and 50% of one month rent once the deal materialises thorugh KOCHI PROPMART. Even though advertised with advance payment,any property that gets converted through our offline service will be charged a reduced service fee of 1% of transaction cost and 25% of rent respectively.

What is kochipropmart Approved listing or Gold Package?
For an individual to transfer a title of the property, he should already have an absolute right on the same. How does one know whether the seller holds the right to transfer the title of his so called property? Only a legal advisor / professional can give a complete picture on the same. How do the Kochi Propmart Ratings in Platinum & HOT Deals differ to Silver & Gold Listing?
The ratings of Platinum & Hot Deals depend on the Valuation of the property by a qualified engineer and the quoted price by seller. Depending on the ratios the properties are rated on a scale of 1 to 5.The property with 5 rating will have a price at par with the valuation of engineer, whereas the one with rating 1 will be having the maximum deviation to the valuation.

You can use kochipropmart as a guest user to search and find properties. You can access complete data and view images only after registering using a valid email Id.

A5. Why should I give my email id and contact details when I am registering on kochipropmart?
The email id that you specify is the one of the options on which you get all information and customer contacts on your listed property. Other contact details are phone no. and your mailing address. You will get instant contact from your prospective customer through Email. Only registered users on the site will be able to access your contact details and email id. Also it checks the genuinity of the individual as only valid emails gets approved by Admin.

A6.How do I add photos to the postings?
On normal course an executive will contact you to complete the procedures and take the photo of the property from location directly. This is to maintain the uniformity in the photos updated. Or else, after registering you personal info, select Post Property to post property details. You can mail the photos to be uploaded to admin@kochipropmart.com mentioning the reference number generated after posting the requirement successfully.
