The KOCHIPROPMART approves the property on consideration that, the originals of provided property documents at the time of legal review is in the custody of owner and the same will be produced during the deal transaction and thereafter documentation. The updated encumbrance certificate as well as any additional supporting documents as per the approval letter is to be provided by the seller to complete the validity of the Approval letter.
